Lifelong Wellness Application Paper
Write a paragraph on each of the following:

What
did you learn about “lifelong wellness” from taking this General Education
class?
Well in doing one of the assignments that was assigned for Zumba I learned what was affecting my losing weight. I wasn't eating as healthy as I thought, and I wasn't exercising as much as I should have for how much food I was consuming.Also, in order to lose weight better you have to play a trick on your muscles by not doing the same exercise move all the time, change it up.

How
would you apply this information to your life?
The way I’m applying this course
to my life is using a journal to keep track of what I eat. Counting my calories
and working them off. Also consuming more water than I am, because I obviously
am not consuming enough when I look back at my chart. H20 makes you eat less if
you intake before food, meaning you lose more
3.
What
is your intention to continue to practice what you have learned in your life
and why?
I do plan on using all this I
have learned so I can live longer and a healthier life. Exercising and eating
healthy makes you feel better throughout the day.
4.
General
ideas for improving this course?
No improving. It’s a fun class,
with awesome music and exercising routines. I loved it. However if I had to
choose one thing I would say having more of those days with harder retinues makes
you feel like you actually really worked something off.
